PHILOSOPHY OF KEY SUPPORT SERVICES INC.
1.        Key Support Services Inc. is dedicated to the improvement of “quality
of life” for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This
philosophical commitment is achieved by providing support systems that are
designed to meet the individual’s needs rather than trying to fit individuals
within pre-designed programs.

2.        Key Support Services also promotes the **Fish Philosophy that has
four basic principles:
A.        Make their day- saying or doing something to help another feel   
positive about her/himself.
B.        Being Present-Making a conscientious decision to be in the moment
with the person, or experiencing the immediate.
C.        Being Playful- not limited to physical games, but includes laughter and
joking causing no harm to anyone.
D.        Choosing a Great Attitude- making a decision to be empowering,
positive, uplifting, with each other, despite life’s setbacks.
