Our Credentials

An Update:

In June 2011 Key Support Services became the 17th agency (and only "small" agency) in the Province of Alberta, Canada to achieve Level 2 Creating Excellence Together Certification. At the same time, KSS achieved the Complex Behavior Designation, which recognizes our dedication and committment to serving individuals with high behavioral needs.  

Our Memberships: 

We are members of:

• The Alberta Council of Disability Services (ACDS)
• The Council of Service Providers (CSP)                                                              

• The Alberta Workforce Council
• A recognized service provider with Persons With Developmental Disabilities (PDD)
• Since 2001, we are an accredited agency with the Creating Excellence Together Standards

Staff Recruitment:

We are currently looking for Quality Staff who are educated and skilled with a heart and a Mission to provide Quality services.

Requirements for all potential staff includes current certification  in:

Abuse Protocol Training

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

Medication Administration

First Aid/CPR

A valid Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months)

Our staffing teams consist of compassionate and skilled people who specialize in delivering Quality Services to individuals with complex behavioral challenges.
